Nautical Flags Buckle/Tag Collar

The buckle/tag collar is just that—for the dog tags. With greyhounds it’s also best to use a Martingale leash so that your loving companion can’t slip away. Other breeds are safe just using a buckle collar with a “regular” leash attached. Available in 1 inch and 1.5 inch widths. Please inquire about sizing for small dogs (less than 25 pounds) or larger dogs (over 85 pounds).

The Martingale collar is best for greyhounds as it doesn’t slip off over their heads when properly fitted. Sometimes referred to as a “humane choke collar” - it is without the spikes sometimes seen on metal choke collars and doesn’t cut off the dog’s air supply like the “traditional” choke collars do. The small loop is pulled tight when the dog pulls on the leash. Can be used as the only collar your dog wears and a regular dog leash can be attached. Available in 1 inch and 1.5 inch. Please inquire about sizing for small dogs (less than 25 pounds) or larger dogs (over 85 pounds). |
